Potato and parsley fritters: easy, quick and so tasty

Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 ml oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 yogurt
1 sachet of instant yeast
200 gr flour
Parsley
Cheese
1 large potato (boiled and grated)

Directions:
Whisk the eggs with oil, salt and yogurt. Then add yeast, flour, parsley, cheese and potato. Form a thick mixture and heat oil in a non-stick pan. Cook your delicious pancakes.
